Ukrainian Leasing Company (ULC) is a specialized leasing company founded in 1999 by one of the top Ukrainian banks UkrSibbank. Since BNP Paribas acquisition of UkrSibbank (USB) BNP Paribas Lease Group (BPLG) has been operating on local Ukrainian market through ULC.

Adopting BPLG business model, ULC is financing equipment to medium size companies through vendor approach. ULC focuses on sectors of agriculture, construction, material handling and commercial vehicle through extending BPLG experience and establishing long-term relationships with world known manufactures on the local country level.

Based on BPLG successful know-how, worldwide and local experience today ULC offers high competitive financial solutions through retail leasing and stock facilities.

Within the framework of ULC-USB partnership development in 2008 ULC and USB launched joint project offering leasing services for SME through bank retail network.

Successful activity of ULC is being carried out by its team of more than 40 employees – group of experts in different business sectors which possess the ability to assist and accomplish each step of leasing project.

Territory coverage includes head-office in Kiev and 5 regional branch offices in Dnepropetrovsk, Donetsk, Kharkov, Lvov and Odessa. Total number of branches is expected to expand to 8 including Kiev head-office.

High added volume services for local customers are based on full range of facilities including both own funding, credit risk and payout facilities as well as direct client services – insurance and registration of leasing objects, and full client support through whole lease term.
